Sunny Bear Rescue Coffee Co. – Return & Support Policy

At Sunny Bear Rescue Coffee Co., every purchase directly supports rescue animals in need. Because most of our products are food-related and made for freshness and safety, we have a limited return policy—but we are always here to help and make things right.

Food & Consumable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, all food and consumable items (including coffee and honey) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

We want you to have a great experience, and if something isn’t right, we will do everything we can to fix it.

Please:

  • Open and inspect your order immediately upon arrival

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up if there is an issue

What We’ll Do

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing

  • Or not up to our standards

We will review your request and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or another appropriate resolution

We understand that things happen, and while we cannot guarantee refunds on consumable items, we will always take your situation into consideration and do our best to make it right.

Non-Food Items (if applicable)

If we offer non-food merchandise in the future:

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect to: Sunny Bear Rescue 2940 Partlow Road, Partlow, VA 22534

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our products are prepared and fulfilled quickly:

  • Orders may not be able to be changed or canceled once placed

  • Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist

Local Pick-Up Orders

  • Please ensure your order is picked up within a reasonable timeframe

  • Inspect items at pick-up when possible

  • Once items leave our care, they fall under the same policy above
