Order Changes & Cancellations Policy

At Sunny Bear Rescue Coffee Co., many of our products are prepared quickly and in small batches to ensure freshness. Because of this, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order (such as updating an item, address, or contact information):

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request

  • However, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment


Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we will always try to help when we can.

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing your order

  • Once an order has been processed, roasted, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled

  • If your order has already shipped, it will fall under our Return & Support Policy


Subscription Orders

  • Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle

  • Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be canceled
