At Sunny Bear Rescue Coffee Co., every order is made with care—and every purchase helps support rescue animals in need. Because of that, we take pride in preparing and shipping your items as quickly and thoughtfully as possible.

Order Processing Time

Our coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days

  • During busy times, processing may take up to 5–7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order goes into fulfillment and another once items in your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Most orders qualify for free shipping, depending on the items in your cart and where they are being shipped from

  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier once the order has been fulfilled

  • We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely

Split Fulfillment

Some items may ship separately depending on where they are fulfilled (for example, coffee vs. other products). If this happens:

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • Items may arrive on different days

Local Pick-Up Items

Certain products (such as local honey or other homestead items) may be marked as:

These items:

  • Will not be shipped

  • Must be ordered separately from shippable items

  • Will include instructions for scheduling or completing pick-up

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

If your order seems delayed or something isn’t right, please reach out—we’re here to help.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
