Rescue Story

Maggie came to Sunny Bear Rescue after her previous family could no longer care for her. At first she was a little unsure about all the new sights, sounds, and dogs around her, but it didn’t take long for her personality to shine through.

Somewhere along the way, Maggie stopped acting like a guest and started acting like she owned the place. Between the endless dogs to play with, the cozy spots to nap, and the constant attention from everyone here, she decided rescue life suited her pretty well.

And honestly? We agreed.

This sweet little corgi mix officially became part of the Sunny Bear family, and she now spends her days supervising snack breaks, making new dog friends, and reminding us daily that some rescue stories are meant to stay home forever.
