About This Coffee

This Tanzania single origin is a medium-light roast grown by small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya Region of Tanzania. Cultivated at elevations between 1200 and 1900 meters, these Bourbon and Kent variety beans are fully washed and dried on raised beds, helping create a clean, delicate, and expressive cup.

The result is a bright and graceful coffee with soft pear sweetness, gentle floral notes, jasmine-like aromatics, and a strawberry finish. It is smooth, elegant, and beautifully layered — the kind of coffee that feels a little special from the first sip.
